The materials are very tactile, when interacting with them tangibility is important, the sense of volume often goes behind the movement of the mass – improvisation giving eventually new forms. The result is often unpredictable, which makes the process of creation unique.
The pieces of clay and porcelain come together into the whole one, they are flexible and malleable to assemble – the process of assembling the sculpture transmits the act of finding and uniting into an overall volume. Balance and movement are important, opposing materials in the same object realise the metaphor of balance. The different materials often dictate their own composition, arguing with the sketches, this dictate is important and uses imperfect of processes and materials, constant practice and selection of moments. I am interested into the themes of memory, the collection of fragments and the bringing together of memories into a whole one, the theme of body and movement, balance and dynamics, growth and decay in nature. Initial ideas and meanings unite separate objects in series, the time of creation of objects varies, sometimes series are added or corrected, removing objects that have become irrelevant. When I create artwork, I use hand modelling, glazing, high firing, oxidation, patination, combining ceramics, wood, stone and metals. Main art media: sculpture and objects.
— sculptor, ceramist, artist works with traditional materials: clay, porcelain, metal, wood. The choice to use them is made consciously, later they will return to the environment of origin.
